The agreement between Authorizd and merchants using the app.

The service

Authorizd shows a survey offer to shoppers on your store, and issues a discount on your store when a shopper completes it. The discount is funded by you: it is your discount, created through your commerce platform, applied to your order.

Your responsibilities

• Set rewards you can afford. The app enforces the minimum cart value you configure, but the economics are yours.
• Do not ask shoppers for sensitive personal information in survey questions.
• Honour discounts the app issues to your shoppers on your behalf.
• Keep your own privacy policy accurate about the data you collect through the app.

Our responsibilities

• Issue discounts only after a survey has actually been completed, verified on our servers.
• Never issue a discount larger than the offer you configured.
• Process shopper data on your behalf, and delete it when you or your platform tell us to.

Availability

The app is provided as-is. If it is unavailable, your store and checkout continue to work normally — the widget simply renders nothing.
