Advocate agreement
Authorizd Advocate Terms
The agreement you accept before withdrawing earnings. Plain-language summary below; this is a template to be finalized with counsel before launch.
1. Who this is for
These terms apply to “advocates” — shoppers who share an Authorizd referral link and earn a commission when their referrals place qualifying orders.
2. How you earn
You earn the advocate commission shown on each store's offer when someone orders through your link. Earnings are pending until the order clears its holdback and the merchant is billed, then become available to withdraw.
3. Payouts & fees
Withdrawals are paid to the bank account you connect through Stripe. Authorizd deducts a 1% withdrawal fee. You must complete identity verification (KYC) via Stripe before any payout.
4. Refunds & adjustments
Commissions on refunded or fraudulent orders may be reversed. Authorizd may hold or reverse payouts where required for compliance or to correct errors.
5. Acceptable use
No spam, misleading claims, self-referrals, or other prohibited promotion. Violations may result in suspension and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
6. Taxes
You're responsible for taxes on your earnings. Where required, Authorizd (via Stripe) may collect tax information and issue tax forms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
